Marketing / Sales / Order fulfillment

 

1.       Marketing Del Suppo Inc and Tri-State Pool Covers. Plan advertising campaign; keep within budget and seasonal nature of products.

a)      Website. Meet with owner to discuss SEO and implement website advertising campaign. Prepare photo/video

b)      Coordinate Home shows and events

c)       List items for sale through E-store, Ebay, Amazon and other E-commerce sites. Work toward growth while maintaining a profit.

d)      Product knowledge and training of staff on sales/promotion of items. To grow sales and market position.

e)      Keep up on competitor’s websites and product pricing, “shop the competition” report to manager and decide on best price points to be competitive and profitable.

f)       Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.

g)      Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.

h)      Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

i)        Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sale related units.

2.       Sales

a)      Keep store and property clean and presentable at all times.

b)      Training and initiative to learn. After probationary period lean as needed all product i.e. Liners, Zodiac and above ground.

c)       Ability to assist customers.

d)      Maintaining stock levels on the floor. (Including receiving deliveries and bring stock up from the warehouse.)

                                             i.            Pull customer’s orders and have ready for repairs and installation

                                           ii.            Review inventory stock status, re-stock and re-order when necessary.

e)      Counter sales including water testing, assist customers with purchases and carry out/load vehicles when needed.

f)       Spa sales

                                             i.            Do on site demonstrations and supervise the deliveries of Spa’s.

3.       Follow up with customers maintaining a record of customers concerns, (ex: problems, warranty issues, etc.)

4.       Reports to:

a)      Store Manager: for items that pertain to store, store sales, water testing, inventory of store and E-commerce, day to day operations and building conditions.

b)      Owners: marketing campaigns and plan, website performance, E-store performance, issues not handled by store manager.

i.         Coordinate and assist the department managers in developing annual marketing plans

ii.       Submit division’s marketing plan

iii.      Coordinate all advertising

c)       Over sees: shipping department, shipping regulations, stock staff / cleaning staff, warehouse staff.

d)      Increasing product knowledge by taking charge of sales leads, in ground pools, above ground pools, spas, liners, covers.  This will enable us to measure your success and offer a sales commission. Growth in online sales, Amazon and by direct improvement to our ability to sell and retain all customers with measureable results. Must maintain price points that we can sell products at and maintain a reasonable profit. These commissions become part of you earning and provided us with measureable goals and success of your efforts.

5.       Pay rate:

a)      Competitive Hourly rate.

a)      Health Insurance is available after 90 day probationary period

b)      Simple IRA plan after one year of employment

c)       Typical work week Monday – Friday 9a-5p, Saturday 9a-3p / 38-40 hours per week.

d)      40 hours paid vacation time after 1 year of employment

i.         These hours can be used toward the following: holidays, sick days, personal days, vacation.
